All summer long Madison has been begging Rick to fix her tree swing. Rick enlisted the help of Uncle Danny to fabricate some clamps to go around the limb. Uncle Danny is a metal whisperer and can turn metal into anything! Madison went to Emery with Gma Rene' for the July 24th holiday and so the day before she got back Rick and Danny put the swing up. It was a whole family affair! We all had lawn chairs set up in the yard to watch the boys put the swing up. When it was done we all had a turn on the swing. (there is a photo of aunt Kathy on the swing but I promised her I wouldn't put it on the blog - too bad because it was super cute!)

When Grandma Rene' and Madison got home the next day it was like Christmas for Madsion! We couldn't keep her off the swing

that bottom photo is amazing! how fun
i have to say, i'm kind of jealous. my neighbors have a tire swing and i always see them playing on it. i need a privacy fence... it totally bums me out. haha
